AVOCADO BAKED EGGS!!!

I love Pinterest!!! Especially when it comes to cooking.
I was just browsing through the food and drink section until I came across this avocado baked eggs recipe. It looked so good on the photographs, so I was like why not give it a try and see if it actually tastes good since it looks really good. Well once making it I found out not only does it look good, but that it tastes really delicious. I wouldn't be sharing this recipe if it wasn't good well to me at least. As well its a good healthier option to have for breakfast besides eating sugary cereal although it does take more time to cook. Ingredients:
1 avocado, halved
2 eggs
Diced tomato or Bell pepper (which ever one is fine )
1/2 clove of garlic, minced
Red pepper flakes
Coarse salt


Instructions:
1. Halve 1 avocado & place upright in ovensafe bowl
2. Add 1 egg to each half
3. Top with diced tomato or bell pepper, minced garlic, red pepper flakes & coarse salt.
4. Bake at 425 for 20 mins (if you want the yolks to be more runny just leave it for less time)
